Hi and goodbye (until Thursday).

I'm stopping in here to say "hi" to anyone who may be saving a seat for me. Thanks. I'd love to sit down and chat, tell you about all the goodness that has come my way these last few days, see what you've been up to, and maybe share a drink and a laugh (or two).

But I haven't even packed yet, for myself or the one girl who (might) still need (let) me do so. I also haven't unpacked the groceries I just lugged in, for the one hour before we leave for our trip upstate. (I'm really cutting things close, here.)

I see my lack of preparedness, planning-ahead, and generally relaxed attitude about all things organizational for this trip as blissful progress. For me. To relax.

Yay, me.

I probably won't be back here until Thursday. Not that we don't have internet up at the farm, but because I will probably have to give my place in line to the nice people I'm travelling with who, you know, um...have jobs. And a little break from obsessively checking Flickr might be just the thing I need.
